Charles Doppler, a registered investigator based in Bismarck/Mandan, has extensive background in claims investigations and law enforcement. His knowledge of auto mechanics enhances his expertise in accident investigations. He has experience with property conversion investigations, domestic matters, background investigations, repossessions, loss prevention and surveillance.
Charles received training in physical damage appraisal and claim adjustment from Ridgewater College in Willmar MN, graduated from the North Dakota Highway Patrol Academy, and attended Bismarck Junior College in Bismarck ND.
His work experience includes:
- Adjusting Services Unlimited, Grand Rapids MN - Over nine years multi-line claims investigation and experienced in property, casualty and auto appraisal. Licensed claims adjuster in the State of Minnesota.
- Pinkerton Investigations, Dickinson ND - Civil background investigations; accurate and timely completion of assignments.
- Candee Construction, Dickinson ND - Mechanic helper. Assisted in maintenance and repair of heavy equipment.
- Southwest Multi-County Correction Center, Dickinson ND - Shift supervisor. Worked closely with federal, state, county and local law enforcement agencies.
- US General Services Administration, Denver and Boulder CO - A federal police officer providing protection of federal employees and installations. Appointed as Special Operation and Response Team (SORT) member charged with providing protection and security in a five state region for sensitive situations such as demonstration, occupations and sensitive federal trials.
